We offer Thermocouple Extension Cables with an Individual and Overall Shield that are UL Listed 300V PVC Insulated. The applications of this product are for: petrochemical plants, utilities and industrial plants, thermocouple circuits, NEC Article 725 Class 1 Division 2 hazardous locations, and NEC 725 for use in Class 2 and Class 3 circuits. These extension cables are rated 221°F (105°C) and are flame retardant, with FEP 400°F (200°C) constructions also available.
We offer Copper Instrumentation Cables with both an individual and overall shield and solely an overall shield that are UL Listed 300V PVC Insulated. The applications of these products include: petrochemical plants, utilities and industrial plants, instrumentation circuits, NEC Article 725 Class 1 Division 2 hazardous locations, and NEC 725 for use in Class 2 and Class 3 circuits. These extension cables are rated 221°F (105°C) and are flame retardant, with options for TPE and CPE constructions also available. Additional options include a metal overbraid, metal bond continuous barrier, special color codes, sunlight resistant, and more. The Copper Instrumentation Cable passes the IEEE 383 and VW-1 flame tests.
Our Polyimide Tape Insulated Thermocouple Wire is solvent resistant, highly resistant to abrasion, and does not burn. The applications of this product are for: petrochemical plants, aerospace industry, power generation, laboratories, cryogenic applications, pharmaceutical, and autoclaves. This thermocouple wire has continuous use up to 500°F (260°C) and is flame retardant, with options for galvanized half-oval armor and special color codes also available.
Our FEP Insulated Thermocouple Wire has excellent chemical resistance and electrical properties. The applications of this product are for: temperature sensors, transportation, petrochemical plants, aerospace, cryogenic applications, FDA approved applications, and composites. This thermocouple wire has continuous use up to 400°F (200°C) and is flame retardant, with options for metal overbraids, twisted/shielded pair, and multi-pair cables also available. The FEP Insulated TC Wire passes the IEEE 383 and VW-1 flame tests.
Our PVC Insulated Thermocouple Wire has good moisture, is chemical and solvent resistant, and is made with economical construction. The applications of this product are for: temperature sensors, testing, laboratories, heating/air conditioning, and general industry applications. This thermocouple wire has continuous use up to 221°F (105°C) and is flame retardant, with options for TPE insulation rated 250°F (125°C), nylon jacket, and cotton overbraid also available.
