Results of our 2016 Survey Revealed!

Last year, I posted a blog titled, How can I help YOU do YOUR job better? that included a brief survey. The survey respondents provided us with valuable information to help us formulate a number of our activities in 2017.

The goal: To help YOU do YOUR job better.

First, the survey enabled us to better understand what visitors to our website want to find more of when they visit. Second, it allows us to focus on delivering the most relevant content. At the end of the day, we aim to provide content that educates and makes our current and potential customers understand the value we deliver through research, partnerships, and commitment to quality.

The survey identified three areas as the most desirable content for our visitors:

  • Market Trends,
  • Product Feature and Comparison Videos, and
  • Technical Webinars.

With market trends, we will focus primarily on big picture market trends that will influence our markets and the wire and cable manufacturing industry within the next 5-10 years. However, we’d also like to know more about the market trends that our readers are most interested in, so, if there’s something specifically you’d like to know more about, let me know.

We will discuss several new product innovations and partnerships that will further expand our ability to fulfill the needs of our increasingly diversified customer base, which is vital to the future growth of our company. In addition, we’ll review and compare our existing product portfolio in high temperature applications.

Our first technical webinar will dive deep into solving a major problem of thermocouple drift via innovative new products. Through our webinar sessions, we will also strive to include peer-to-peer conversations by bringing the researchers and senior technical people into the discussions in order to answer your questions.

Finally, I want to emphasize one very important point: We’re here to help you succeed in all your thermocouple wire and cable applications, whether you’re a distributor purchasing agent/buyer, composites manufacturing R&D engineer, or heat treatment applications engineer. So, whether via the website, email, phone or comments to these blogs, please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions regarding your most challenging applications.
